Overview

Artis HR are currently supporting an exciting business who are currently going through extensive growth following acquisition. Our client is looking for a Senior Reward Partner in West London on a 12 month FTC although there may be further opportunities or go perm. Our client is looking to pay around £75,000 pa benefits This is an exciting new opportunity to join our growing business, for a talented, progressive Senior Reward Partner to sit within the Reward function within the People Team to work across all aspects of employee reward at scale. You will be specifically partnering with the newly acquired business, taking the lead in establishing the approach and execution to successfully integrate both businesses, covering sites across the UK. Reporting to the Head of Reward & Wellbeing, ultimately you will oversee the execution of total reward in order to optimise attraction, engagement, productivity and retention of our key talent. Key responsibilities: Responsibility for developing and delivering relevant compensation and benefits strategies that address the needs of our varied populations, ensuring alignment to our values and current and future business strategy. Supporting the Head of Reward & Wellbeing, you will play a key role in leading on the harmonisation planning, design and delivery for the reward agenda for these varied populations, ensuring the successful integration across both acquired and wider businesses. Partnering and developing strong relations with key stakeholders across the organisation, focused upon Retail business, to ensure policies, processes and plans are operated appropriately and executed in line with legal requirements and communicated effectively. Managing proposals and executing on the annual reward cycle, developing and implementing frameworks and scheme design for bonus incentives, salary review, benefits and share plans. Reviewing and managing benefits programmes, which includes salary sacrifice, voluntary benefits, health schemes, cars, and leading on appropriate strategies to successfully integrate benefits. Oversee and manage the DC and DB pension arrangements, working with the Trustees to ensure a high level of service to employee members and the business and ensuring compliance within pensions legislative framework. Maintaining constructive dialogue with external networks to identify key trends in the market, you will ensure our reward propositions are best in class, providing appropriate input from external advisors and market data. Managing and maintaining the ongoing execution of our career level framework, ideally with experience of conducting job evaluation and benchmarking via Willis Towers Watson, providing job levelling and salary benchmarking proposals for job moves, promotions and salary reviews. Strong experience of managing total reward and benefit arrangements in a large, complex, fast-paced organisation. Demonstrating a proactive, confident and resilient approach, with experience of having operated and managed reward effectively within a unionised environment. Experience ideally of having developed and executed reward strategies within M&A / integration programmes. Confident working within a dynamic and rapidly changing environment; ability to adapt, manage ambiguity and prioritise, with the resilience to work well under pressure. A positive determination and tenacity to find a way through complex situations and someone who loves finding ways to better things - a real problem solver Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt and effectively communicate and influence to a variety of stakeholders and employees at all levels. Confidence in articulating thoughts clearly in order to influence senior leaders.
