Overview

You will have experience giving compliance advice to a business relating to regulatory and financial crime matters and communicating compliance requirements/expectations throughout. Promoting a good compliance culture across the business. Raising awareness and understanding of regulatory risk. Identifying, analysing and escalating potential areas of concern. Leading and developing the compliance teams offering to the wider business. You should have: Strong compliance experience within the lloyds market Knowledge of the UK regulatory regime and regulatory agenda including financial crime Knowledge of other regulatory regimes applicable to business written though Lloyd's Progress towards ICA, CII or other relevant professional examinations
