Chef De Partie required for a busy Gastro Pub located in Lancashire. Salary from £22,000, live in accommodation is available. We have an exciting opportunity a Chef de Partie looking to continue learning in their career in this busy Gastro Pub. The Gastro Pub has on average 80 covers a day and you will be working in a small team of 4 KP's, using all fresh produce. About the Job as Chef de Partie: Be trained on all sections in the kitchen. You will assist the senior chefs in the day to day running of a section. Offer menu input. To adhere to strict health and hygiene procedures. Learn good kitchen management and cost control in the kitchen. What we need from you as Chef de Partie: To work with fresh, seasonal dishes cooked to quality standards. Be passionate and enthusiastic to progress. Food Hygiene & HACCP knowledge. Be smart, clean and tidy. Excellent timekeeping. To have your own whites and knives.
