Chef de Partie - Derby - £18,000 - £20,000- Unique Venue We are recruiting for a well know sporting ground in Derby who are looking for a progressive commis / demi chef to join this successful team as a Chef de Partie . The environment is unique in the way of it having fluctuating business levels. As such a flexible approach to business would be required. On non-match days you could cater for up to 40 covers but on match days this number could be in excess of 300 Chef de Partie Benefits 35 hour a week contract 25 days holiday 8 bank holidays If you work an extra day, lieu time will given Closed between Christmas & New Year As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for Running a section Mentoring a junior member of staff Maintaining the high standards of food service Assisting the Sous Chef & Head Chef The ideal Chef de Partie Must ha ve experience working in an event / banqueting background Currently a commis / demi chef de partie Ideally have an awareness of working in a sporting venue Flexible Currently working in a fresh food environment.
