Recruitment Consultant - Charities Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to take the next step in your career? Do you want to make a difference but still be commercial and earn a lot of money? Have you thought about recruiting into the Charity/NFP sector? Here at Pro, we are passionate about working with great candidates and great clients. We are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our Charities and NFP division to recruit for a wide range of clients including globally known Charities and International Development agencies right through to small independent Charities, where you will be making a massive impact onto their strategic hiring and the causes they support. The Role You will be specialising in either Finance, Marketing or HR at all levels including Senior, Exclusive and Retained assignments. You will be joining a motivated team where energy, passion and hard work are core to our success. With your personal and professional goals being at the heart of the company, you will have your progression path laid out to you from Day 1, and have access to numerous development programmes including external vocational training and internal programmes that are designed and tailored to suit each individual. You will be building a developing a network within the Charites and NFP sector, building strong and long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients whislt advising them on market trends and knowledge. The Charity and NFP sector is booming, and with our training and brand behind you, we are confident that joining us will set you up for success. So, what are we looking for? You will be results-oriented, with strong entrepreneurial skills, with the ability to manage a 360 desk. When it comes to managing the recruitment process this is where you excel, you will also understand the importance for attracting and recruiting the right talent for each of the unique and exciting clients you are recruiting for. You will need to have experience for managing multiple vacancies, getting out there and meeting your clients, pitching for exclusive roles and identifying the best candidates for each vacancy.
