Interim HR Manager

A temporary opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a consultancy in Oxfordshire. Your new company Joining a consultancy business near central oxfordshire, you will be a crucial member of organisation during this temporary appointment. This opportunity has arisen due to a recruitment gap, the organisation plan to recruit permanently in the upcoming months so this role is expected to last somewhere between 8-14 weeks. Subject to performance, you may have the opportunity to apply for the permanent position as and when it becomes available. Your new role You will oversee the day to day running of the HR function, ensuring all ER matters are dealt with, handle end to end recruitment and provide advice and guidance to managers and employees. You will also look at pay structure for the business as they would like to make this a more formal structure, you will use your previous knowledge of tools available for you to benchmark salaries against market standards and communicate this out to the senior managers in the business. What you'll need to succeed A sound HR generalist background is essential for this role as it is a stand alone HR position. You will need to be flexible and willing to roll up your sleeves with any given task. Given this a standalone role, you will be responsible for Administration, right through to more strategic tasks and therefore should have recent experience across the spectrum of both.
