Interim Brand Manager Central Oxford - 6 to 9 months contract £45,000 - £60,000 Start Date - ASAP Your new company This is an opportunity to work for a healthcare organisation based in Oxford and transform the marketing team, through a period of change. Your new role This role is responsible for achieving the marketing, revenue and profit goals set for the organisation. As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for creating a lasting impression among customers and improving service sales and market share. Your main duties and responsibilities would be: Monitor market trends and oversee advertising & marketing activities to ensure the right message is delivered for our products and services. Contribute to the development and implementation of the brand strategy and brand activation plans, based on category and customer insight. Initiate, implement and take ownership of projects arising from the brand plans. Provide direction and to implement media strategies and ambitious activation plans, including development of media campaigns. Budget and process management of the projects within the brand function. Oversee the production of adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with art designers, copywriters, media buyers and printer. What you'll need to succeed Experience of working in "brand led" marketing positions. Ability to drive and increase revenue through brand engagement, brand activation and brand loyalty. Strong background in brand and brand management within a growing organisation. Capability to review customer data and insight to strengthen strategy and planning. Experience working across a full mix marketing role is advantageous.
