Overview
Procurement / Purchasing Assistant for a well recognised real estate investment company. Central London. Your new company You will be joining an international Real estate investment company based in central London. This brand has been well established across Europe, Asia and America and pride's themselves on providing an exceptional facilities management, maintenance and overall development of real estate on a wide remit. As a member of the wider Procurement team your position will hold significant value in assisting the Procurement Manager on operational functions within the business. Your new role As a Procurement Assistant you will be responsible for the dealing with the suppliers on a regular basis, Interaction with the Purchase Orders to quite a high value alongside invoice management, supplier on boarding and analysing spends within the brand. You will be a key asset to the wider Procurement function, enabling the team to consistently achieve savings company-wide and help this excellent brand continue to expand within the market and across various international locations. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed within this position is it key that you are adept in an administrative role with exposure to a Procurement or Purchasing function. An understanding of the full end-end procurement cycle will be of a significant advantage but not required. Being able to adapt, analyze and deal with a fast pace environment will make you a successful candidate. Additionally any previous experience in a Purchasing / Procurement function would be of value What you'll get in return In return for your commitment to this brand, you will be rewarded with a salary package dependent on experience ranging from £23,000 - £28,000. Included will be a wider benefits package that can be discussed upon successful application.
