You be responsible for carrying out the day-to-day operation of the flexible staffing system, including the placement of staff and the delivery of that information to clients e.g. Trust managers and bank staff. The post holder will be responsible for participating in all operational aspects of the service. Key responsibilities: -Maximise staff bookings by accurate data entry of availability and bookings, updating associate availability to ensure an accurate standby list each day -Maintain and update databases -Ensure timely and accurate data entry of Bank and Agency shifts - To ensure any agency candidates are placed when there is no possible bank alternative available -Work with the Senior Bookings Coordinator and Bookings Manager to increase bank fill rates Skills we desire: Effective and efficient communication Exemplary customer focus Attention to detail Solutions orientated Ability to analyse information and identify issues Excellent interpersonal skills Commitment to results and service delivery Good computer skills What we can offer you: In exchange for your hard work we can offer you a competitive salary Quarter bonus, in addition to excellent company benefits which include 25 days annual leave bank holidays which increase with years of service, company pension scheme where we match your contribution up to 5% plus many more benefits.
