High Tech Medical Device company looking for a Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor with Customer Care Experience Your new company My client is a High Tech Medical Device Cosmetic Company in London. They are on track to make over $100M in sales this year and have seen a 40% increase in sales last year so are going from strength to strength. They are looking for a warehouse and inventory supervisor who has also had strong customer care analytic experience. Your new role As a Customer Care Analyst and Warehouse supervisor, your role will be two-fold and include both Customer Care and Warehouse duties. You will provide exceptional customer service based on the company's mission and vision. This includes resolving service or product issues and following internal procedures, guidelines and policies applicable to Customer Care. This also includes processing orders accurately and replenishing stock based on incoming orders. Verifying shipping of packages and the returns of units in line with the Terms and Conditions. You will also receive, trace, manipulate, sore and dispatch products that are stored at this organisation. What you'll need to succeed You will have strong experience in mainly Customer Care but also strong understanding of Inventory control. You will have previously coordinated inventory production, processed sales orders, understand flash consignment sales, replenish and invoice permanent consignment stock and have previously coordinated pickups. You will also keep customer requirements up to date, including processing orders received from customers and resolve any discrepancies. You will have good communication and Excel skills, with understanding of SAP and being multilingual as added bonuses.
