2nd Line Support Engineer Windows Server VMware Urgent new role for a 3/6 month contract, your role will be migrating networking systems to ensure remote access to servers across this manufacturing site. Role Definition: Supporting users of factory and office systems whilst ensuring the smooth running of IT Services Contribute to the development and future of the local IT function Use a proactive approach, review and challenge internal processes in line with the overall IT strategy To provide a key link between the business and new IT projects, ensuring best practice and change control is adhered to Ensure that IT Services are developed and maintained and that preventative actions are carried out within acceptable timescales Skills need Windows Server VMware Office 365 , Exchange AD Experience of remote monitoring tools When submitting your application to Colossus Associates, please ensure you have your correct phone number and email address so we can contact you asap regarding your application.
