Overview
This is a great opportunity for a Social Worker to join the Hospital Team. This is a locum Social Work position based in Central London. This role is looking for a Social Worker to work within a fast-paced environment ensuring that they are meeting their KPI's as well as contributing to an effective practice. The social worker will contribute to reducing Hospital Admissions for the benefit of the Service users and the Hospital. Your responsibilities as a Social Worker Working to KIP's Contribute to reducing Hospital admissions Create care plans Undertake care packages Complete Mental Capacity Acts Work under the Care Act and carry out relevant assessments Requirements for you as a Social Worker Qualified Social Worker BA/DipSW/CQSW or equivalent Current registration with Social Work England 2 years post qualifying UK experience Why should you choose Charles Hunter Associates?
