Overview
Howarth Morris are looking to recruit an experienced Management Accountant on a 12m FTC based in impressive offices in Liverpool. The role would suit an experienced and proven finance professional, ideally from a housing/property/construction background, with strong management accounting and analysis skills but who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up, and assist with the team when needed. This role is based in Liverpool but will have some travel to sites in Warrington and St. Helens when required. My client is looking to interview and appoint as soon as possible so apply now Key Responsibilities Production, commentary and analysis of the monthly management accounts for the group and subsidiaries. Provide financial support to operational teams and be a key contact for front line services, inc monthly review meetings and budget holder support Responsible for incorporating; budget setting, budget management and KPIs. Assist with the preparation of the group and subsidiary financial statements Provide comprehensive sound financial information / advice to internal / external stakeholders. Contribute to the maintenance of development of longer term business planning information. Contribute to and act upon Corporation Tax / VAT planning activities. Maintenance and development of sound financial systems and processes Candidate Requirements Part or Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CIPFA, CAI or ICAS) Operate collaboratively at manager level to take collective responsibility for overall performance Ensure compliance with relevant legislation for the Group and its members Build positive relationships with internal customers across the Group Housing/Property experience beneficial Howarth Morris The North Wests leading Financial, HR and Office Support Recruitment Consultancy.
