Overview

The Senior Business Partner / FP&A Analyst will provide the financial support required in order to help shape strategic direction, monitor business performance and accelerate growth. This role holder will closely assist the business via the provision management information, business cases, monthly management accounts, new KPIs and associated commercial analysis. Senior Business Partner / FP&A Analyst - Responsibilities Accurate preparation and production of monthly management accounts to strict timetables and in accordance with company accounting policies Delivering the high quality reports and analysis that underpin strategic decision making Driving wider commercial efforts in providing the business with pertinent and timely business performance analysis Delivering annual budgets, variance analysis and re-forecasts Assuming full ownership of balance sheet accounts including reconciliations and accuracy reviews Provide business partnering services across the wider commercial piece Devising weekly/monthly KPIs and other relevant business intelligence tools Providing adhoc, project related reports Help improve internal MI and financial analysis Business Support The candidate: Degree level education Recently qualified (CIMA or ACCA) Demonstrable commercial finance experience gained from within a complex organisation Experience of management reporting and commercial finance including budgeting and forecasting, KPI analysis Demonstrable record of delivery in a finance role with exposure to FP&A, commercial finance and corporate accounting Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills Excellent planning and organisational skills Building robust, sustainable relationships at all levels of the organisation Advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel) This constitutes an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a role where they can make a mark and deliver meaningful change whilst working within a fast growth, very successful company with ambitious plans for the future.
