The Project Manager will work across the business to ensure an exceptional customer experience and drive growth. You'll find yourself at the heart of a dynamic, growing division where innovation and teamwork thrives. The Role Your main responsibility will be to manage the delivery of one or more projects. Most projects include elements of IT and payment systems. Responsibilities Lead the planning and implementation of projects Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables Define project tasks and resource requirements Develop full scale project plans Assemble and coordinate project staff Manage project resource allocation Manage 3rd parties Plan and schedule project timelines Track project deliverables using appropriate tools Provide direction and support to project team Quality assurance Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions (usually in MS Word and MS Powerpoint). Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs Project evaluations and assessment of results The Person You will ideally have experience within the banking or financial services industry and have excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages. You must work well under pressure and have the confidence to communicate with business and technical stakeholders. Have the ability to see a project through from the very beginning to the end. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Management role Qualification in project management or equivalent Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management Knowledge of project management techniques and tools Direct work experience in project management capacity Proven experience in: People management Strategic planning Risk management Change management Project management software Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
