ERP Project/Process Manager Starting salary circa £70k plus benefits Based in Basingstoke The Opportunity If ERP excellence is your forte, then this is your chance to make a real impact within this medical device manufacturer who have been assisting amputees since the First World War and the NHS since its inception. The family founded company has recently accepted Private Equity investment to pursue its growth aspirations and help build its future position globally. This investment has also brought with it upgrades to current systems and technology, with Inforlogic being the chosen provider of their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. As a company, they admit to using the ERP System to the best of their knowledge internally, but the opportunity has arose for an ERP Project/Process Manager to come in and do a full scale review of their current ERP systems and use. That's where you come in The Role The role of the successful ERP Project/Process Manager is to drive functional excellence of the company ERP system through continual improvement and transformation ensuring organisational needs are met through effective use of optimal procedures, automation and integration. Key tasks Ensure ERP processes and practises are fit for purpose Support managers in business process improvements, implementing best practices and fully utilising ERP system capabilities Project manage the upgrade of the ERP system Process / coding development / optimisation in order to ensure the system drives the right process and prevents work-arounds Responsible for maintaining master data and reporting across the ERP (PLM) system, ensuring alignment and consistency Enhance knowledge of all ERP system modules, integration with other applications or external parties Identify areas for automation and digitisation to ensure that the ERP system is run optimally Project manage the implementation of other PLM packages with the ERP system Your background We are really looking for someone who has solid understanding of ERP processes and experience of ERP implementation or migration and the ability to demonstrate project management methodologies.
