Sous chef NEW OPENING Modern british gastropub with brasserie Rosette level cooking brand new kitchen We are currently looking for a Sous chef to join our growing company with £30 MILLION investment to open 10 pubs in the next 3 years. This is a great opportunity to work in a company that creates fully fresh food in a classy pub environment that has been given a brand new state of the art kitchen, pizza oven and open plan feeling. Menu changes are monthly and use seasonal and high quality ingredients.
