Team manager role Nottingham based About the role Salary - 25-30k Location - Nottingham Based We are helping our client find a new Team Manager to join our dedicated, driven and growing team to ensure customers receive nothing but remarkable service. This new head office based team member will be working closely with our Team to offer support and ensure that all urgent tasks are carried out in an efficient, timely manner. For this role you will need a have good organisational skills, work well under pressure, and have a flair for impressing and pleasing clients, while remaining patient and open to change. Responsibilities and Duties Receive and distribute emergency jobs through the day to ensure same day resolve. Maintain budgets to ensure spending is kept below expected levels. React quickly to issues on phone and email to maintain excellent service levels. Responsible for the main office phone. Excellent phone and written communication skills. Organise seasonal competitions (Easter, Halloween, Christmas, New Year) Remarkable customer service levels. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will require previous management experience. Call centre management experience is beneficial but not essential. High levels of both verbal and written communication will be required for internal and external communication, as well as the ability to use IT systems and Microsoft office.
