Overview

As a result of internal development we have an opening for a Salesforce Administrator to join the team We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to maintain and configure The Nottingham’s instance of Salesforce, to ensure it is being used effectively to support and achieve company goals. This will include day to day support of the platform as well as leveraging the capability of Salesforce functionality to deliver enhancements to end user experience. We seek a logical thinker, a natural problem solver with an aptitude for translating business needs in to Salesforce solutions. You will naturally have the desire to produce good quality, well documented and accurate work and be able to perform in fast paced environment. We have an open and collaborative working culture at The Nottingham and you’ll be supported in your new role by our superb IT Development Manager…. we’re happy to talk flexible working too The role - • Owning the administration of the Salesforce platform including role management, small changes and enhancements as well as data fixes, data additions and the creation of custom objects when necessary • Be the SME for Salesforce within the Society, encouraging the adoption of Salesforce and supporting / delivering adoption initiatives as appropriate • Becoming the Subject Matter Expert on Salesforce: providing support and liaise with Salesforce to field queries and ad-hoc user training • Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other salesforce.com objects and function • Manage new releases and help roll out new features as well as communicate system changes to users • Driving continuous improvement in Salesforce and suggesting future Salesforce developments for The Society • Being a key member of the team with new development projects - ensuring we keep to our architectural principle of configuration over code and understanding when we will need to customise. Your skills - • A broad knowledge of Salesforce and capability, able to make customisations to Salesforce • Strong Salesforce Administration experience gained through practical application. • Previous experience of Salesforce implementation projects • A naturally inquisitive nature, with an eye for identifying and driving continuous process improvements • Natural communication skills; an ability to communicate to stakeholders at all levels and areas of the business clearly and effectively The Nottingham, who are we?
