THE ROLE My client is one of Computerworld's top 100 places to work in IT and Global Markets Technology is undergoing a large organisational and software change. We are moving from traditional application aligned software delivery methods to a highly agile cross functional and component teams. This is one of the most interesting and exciting times to join an organisation like ours. You will be a senior PM/BA to join our front office FX Options Technology team working on the on numerous business requirements and initiatives including IBOR migration and the retirement of legacy systems. You will be working within an Agile team operating as a delivery lead to manage the end to end the several phases of implementation. RESPONSIBILITIES As the successful applicant you will be responsible for collaborating with various technology divisions and their business partners across all three major regions (Asia, Europe and North America). This will involve Gather requirements from FX/Tech/Business partners and translate well to technology teams. Interact with external clients and providers to gather requirements and coordinate changes to the electronic platform. Translate BRDs/FRDs into executable plans for the scrum teams. Manage, track and report the delivery and progress of multiple projects. Provide weekly updates to program management teams and communicate risk/issues very clearly Participate in meeting with the tech partners/business and provide status updates of the ongoing tasks Contribute to major project milestones like Development plan, Testing plan, Dev contact for QA/UAT (coordinate with the business and other tech teams. REQUIREMENTS Experienced Business Analyst who understanding complex business functions and financial software systems. Experience in developing detailed requirements spec, technology implementation specs, functional specs as a BA and managing the full project life cycle as PM Understanding of electronic trading and experience managing algos including risk, controls and monitoring. Very good in understanding large data volume and analysing them. Very good mature communication and project management is essential. Project Management / BA experience working in Front Office line of business collaborating with business partners. Very good understanding of FX products and trading/life-cycle management.
