Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyor Needed In Cambridge Your new company Our a client are an independent multi disciplinary firm based in Cambridge offering a range of services including Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Employers Agent and Project Monitoring across the UK. They are predominantly focused on the Healthcare sector but also operate across Residential and Commercial. With a strong pipeline of projects and a development arm within the business they are now looking to expand their growing team. Your new role As the Graduate Quantity Surveyor you will be working on projects in the healthcare, residential and hospitality sectors to support the senior management team in Cambridge to work on some of the most interesting healthcare projects across the country. You will assist the senior management team manage relationships and collaborate with clients and external stakeholders, in order to ensure client satisfaction and create new business opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside and shadow a well connected, entrepreneurial surveyor and get real hands-on experience in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Development opportunities. As well as the experience gained, you will be supported through your APC by an approved assessor with an impressive track record and a 100% pass rate. What you'll need to succeed As the Graduate Quantity Surveyor you will need to be someone with a good work ethic and the drive to succeed. You will be open to developing your current skill set to adverse to a versatile workload. You will need to have a genuine interest in accelerating their career. You will ideally be willing to become a Chartered member of the RICS or already be on the process. Experience working with JCT contracts and in the Healthcare sector is advantageous but not essential. Above all else this position is for a driven and determined individual with the desire to develop and accelerate their career.
