About the company: Providing artificial intelligence solutions to businesses throughout the UK and internationally, the company specialises in: AI virtual agents Language technology Response engines Duties & Responsibilities of the Senior IT Support Analyst: The Senior IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to ensure smooth running of IT systems and devices Supporting the whole company with IT support, on-boarding new starters and ensuring all equipment is up to date Maintaining software and hardware throughout office Administering email services Enforcing data policies, conducting security reviews and risk assessments Working closely with DevOps to ensure all job functions are securely working On call availability to support engineering systems Experience & Skills needed of the Senior IT Support Analyst: The Senior IT Support Analyst will have previous commercial IT technical support or helpdesk experience Good understanding of business software applications, and Office 365 or G-Suite Hardware troubleshooting and wireless technologies understanding Experience with Linux/Unix Excellent communication skills and relevant IT support cert In return for the Senior IT Support Analyst Competitive negotiable salary Flexible working A leading team with the best in the industry Central London offices Incentives and comprehensive benefits 25 days holiday a year and company pension
