OCEANFREIGHT IMPORT OPERATOR – FREIGHT FORWARDING & SHIPPING Offering a salary of £22,000 to £28,000 Excellent Career Progression & Training opportunities. Based in Birmingham Our client is eager to recruit an experienced OCEANFREIGHT IMPORT OPERATOR to join their busy, vibrant and expanding Oceanfreight Import division. One of the largest privately owned Freight Forwarding organisations and able to offer their customers a comprehensive Logistical solution – Airfreight, Oceanfreight and Roadfreight services for Imports and Exports whether large Blue Chips or smaller regional businesses. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who has experience of working in OCEANFREIGHT IMPORT operations with exceptional communication and customer service abilities. Day to day duties include, handling shipments through from taking bookings to arranging the delivery of freight to its final destination. Completing Customs Clearances, processing Shipping Documentation, Tracing and Tracking freight, liaising with Shipping Lines, Hauliers and Customers and always offering the highest level of customer service. Completing all Freight administration, resolving any customer service issues in a polite and professional manner. With excellent Training and career progression, this is a great opportunity for a Freight Forwarding candidate with knowledge of Oceanfreight Import operations.
