SEAFREIGHT EXPORT OPERATOR – FREIGHT FORWARDING Salary of £22000 to £26000 depending on experience in Export Operations IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE Based in Birmingham (B37) We are currently working with a Global Freight Forwarding and Logistics organisation, with an enviable reputation, who are seeking to recruit and experienced SEAFREIGHT EXPORT OPERATOR . The role is a full time position to work as part of a busy and efficient SEAFREIGHT EXPORT department where you will be responsible for handling all elements of Seafreight Exports for both FCL and LCL shipments. Duties will include; § Taking bookings and opening customer files § Liaising with Shipping Lines and making reservations § Arranging collections and deliveries § Raising and producing all Seafreight Export Documentation § Completing Seafreight Export Customs Entries § Raising invoices and billing out § Resolving any customer service issues which may arise throughout the shipment We are seeking an experienced SEAFREIGHT EXPORT operator who has gained hands on experience of working in freight forwarding operations and is conversant in all aspects of Seafreight Exports.
