Branch Manager Exeter £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience) Are you looking for the next step in your career? Are you a natural leader with strong customer service background? A rare opportunity has arisen to join a successful and growing company based in Exeter. Our client is an established market leader in distribution of components and parts for heating and cooling application. Looking for a Branch Manager to manage the day to day running of their Exeter branch. You will be driven, ambitious and have previous experience of managing a team. Job responsibilities Using our IT systems to identify parts and products Processing customer enquiries, quotes and sales orders Corresponding with customers and suppliers by email and telephone Contacting prospects and warm leads Additional projects to include working with Microsoft Excel and Word Attending and assisting with the promotion of branch trade events Driving the achievement of branch trading KPIs Coordinating and monitoring branch tasks and routines Various activities to further develop business Managing profit and loss Conducting health and safety In charge of training and development Working Week 40 hours Monday - Friday, plus every other Saturday morning on a rota basis Experience in heating / plumbing / air conditioning / refrigeration / merchant industries required.
