Operative / Customer Services Goods-In, Post / Mailroom & Print Administration Assistant that has excellent communication, administrative, organisational and time-management skills with the ability to work to a high level of accuracy is required by a successful, well-established Company based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. KEY REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have good written and verbal communication skills as you will be liaising with Couriers, onsite Management and Clients. Any candidates that have worked within a similar environment would be ideal. However, we’ve found that candidates that have some administrative skills and have also worked within a manual handling role such as a Stockroom, Facilities, Warehouse or Logistics position are well suited for this type of work. Although all industry backgrounds will be considered. Working as the Operative / Customer Services Goods-In, Post / Mailroom & Print Administration Assistant you will join the Company’s small mailroom team to ensure efficient, effective and proactive running of the mailroom service. As the Operative / Customer Services Goods-In, Post / Mailroom & Print Administration Assistant you will perform a variety of tasks related to the mailroom and will flexibly and proactively respond to any client requirements as and when necessary. Functions will include manual handling. DUTIES Your duties and responsibilities as the Operative / Customer Services Goods-In, Post / Mailroom & Print Administration Assistant: The post holder will be professional at all times when dealing with clients and proactively represent the Company on site promoting excellent customer service Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail Booking and receipt of courier items. Occasional assistance with large meeting room set ups Support with small office furniture moves and general porterage Manual Handling CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Print room / Mailroom operations Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats with a wide range of people Any candidates that have worked within a similar environment would be ideal.
