Overview

Customer Service Team Leader - Based in Preston - Immediate start - £13.18 per hour Your new company You will be working for a large organisation based in Preston and will be supporting an extremely important project that will be aiding 111 in response to the unprecedented call levels the service is currently being put under. Your new role You will be required to manage a team of inbound customer service advisors who will be supporting the 111 call operating service. The role will require you to support team member in all aspects and you will manage shifts, rotas with the support of operational directors. Duties will include - - Managing KPI's - Answering calls during peak periods - Shift change over time - Motivating staff to ensure maximum output - Responsible for day-to-day disciplinary actions What you'll need to succeed You will pride yourself on providing a first class service both internally and externally and ideally will have experience in managing people. This doesn't necessarily have to be in a core customer service phone based organisation however it would be desirable. What you'll get in return You will get the opportunity to provide an essential service that will help the NHS during these testing times. You will be paid £1318 per hour and will work across 6 days on a standard shift pattern chosen before start dat and you will have the same day off each week. The role is currently on a temporary ongoing basis and will be for start date of Monday 23/03/20.
