Overview
Leading Financial Services firm seek to appoint a Head of Finance to oversee financial control and reporting. Your new company Following an extended and ambitious growth phase, this leading financial services firm in Leicester are seeking to appoint a qualified Head of Finance to lead a talented team in the provision of financial control, regulatory, financial and management reporting. Your new role Reporting into the executive board, you will be responsible for the full accounting function for the organisation including the provision of monthly and annual reports, investment appraisals, year-end reporting and audit, budgeting and forecasting, driving cost efficiencies and owning the financial systems, dashboards and reporting. You will ensure a rigorous controls framework is implemented and maintained whilst also ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory bodies. What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified finance leader with a strong technical background and a proven track record of operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will ideally have worked within the Financial Services industry previously and have the ability to work under pressure, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
