Our ideal candidate will need to be a driven and proactive individual with a lot of oomph and willing to go the extra mile The key responsibilities of a Merco Recruitment Consultant includes: New Business Development, calling and networking to generate new clients Creating and developing ongoing relationships with candidates and clients Sourcing quality candidates- via the database, networking and referrals, headhunting and social media Attending Client visits Negotiation of rates and terms of business Consistent achievement of targets Working with the compliance team and ensuring full compliancy of candidates and general administration Market candidate availability and develop offerings to candidates as market dictates Maintain excellent written records of client interactions and candidate bookings via CRM system Monitor timesheets received via CRM and liaise with finance colleagues on pay or bill queries What can Merco offer you….
