Then we have a new opportunity for you As a Care Assistant in Thetford, Diss, Eye and the surrounding areas, you will ensure that our service users get the support they need to live their lives to the fullest. You'll play an integral role in a supportive team to assist with personal care, clinical needs, social activities and any additional services needed. As a Support Worker your duties will involve delivering person-centred care to service users, in line with their care plan.You'll need to have a real awareness of their emotional, social and physical needs and get involved with day-to-day tasks such as shopping, cooking, eating and getting dressed.
