Occupational Health Manager - Full Time (Mon - Fri) Salary - £42,000 - £44,000 Location - Newbury Compass Associates are working on behalf of a valued Client to appoint an experienced Occupational Health Manager to lead and direct the Occupational Health services in order to provide a high quality service. The Candidate The post holder will take overall responsibility for the effective day to day management of the OH service, raising the profile promoting health through delivery of a pro-active OH service whilst working closely with external organisations Requirements RGN or RMN qualified (no restrictions) Full OH remit experience Experience of working in an occupational health environment Experienced of managing a team Experience of sick absence management OH qualifications Part 3 (Desired) Effective communication and relationship building skills Full UK driving license. Location This role is located in Newbury and is commutable from Basingstoke, Reading, Swindon, Andover and surrounding areas.
