EYFS Phase Leader – Greenwich Primary School – September 2020 A ‘Good’ graded Primary School in Greenwich are looking to recruit a driven and ambitious EYFS Phase Leader, capable of implanting change and developing an effective EY Provision with their own ethos and teaching beliefs. This Greenwich Primary School is 2 form entry with a large Nursery, but in the future they will grow to 3 forms entry in Reception. We are looking for an existing EYFS Phase Leader or an EYFS Primary Teacher with 3 years’ or more experience under the belt. The Headteacher is keen to interview and appoint an EYFS Phase Leader ahead of September 2020 to allow for a smooth handover and transition. As the EYFS Phase Leader, upon securing the position and meeting the team you will have complete choice on whether you want to teach Nursery or Reception. This EYFS Phase Leader opportunity will allow you to become a part of the Middle Management team, while also allowing you to raise attainment and standards throughout the Early Years phase. This role will require you to take on a leadership responsibility, and work/support a team of three teachers (including yourself) and support staff within Early Years.
