Overview
Teaching Assistant - East London TLTP Education is on the search for a Teaching Assistant to join a friendly Primary School in Tower Hamlets in September 2020. We are looking for a candidate that is a versatile, resilient and committed Teaching Assistant, who can adapt their practice wherever necessary to support across all key stages. They will contribute to the effective implementation of individual programmes by supporting the teaching and learning experiences, which enhance the learning and development of our young people. To be successful in this support role you will: -Hold a relevant teaching assistant qualification -Have experience leading group/intervention work -Adapt the support required to meet the needs of individual students to positively impact on progress in learning -Have the ability to deal with complex and challenging behaviour -Have the legal right to work in the UK This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS, overseas police clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
