Tezlom are looking to recruit either experienced Support Workers or, someone seeking a new career opportunity to become a Support Worker and join a dynamic and expanding Children’s Charity within the Bolton area. Our successful client provides a unique range of services for adults and children with learning or physical disabilities. Salary: £17,711 - £18,795 per annum depending on experience. In addition to the stipulated annual salary, our client offers additional payments (up to £2000 per annum, see below) if the candidate is willing to undertake additional responsibilities and completes the relevant training. MIDAS £500 Administration of Medication £500 Key Worker/Lead education worker £500 Relevant Qualification £500 About the service: Our client provides a wide and unique range of services for children and young adults with physical disabilities, complex health needs, learning disabilities and autism spectrum conditions. These services span across both education and care, offering comprehensive support to people in their everyday life. Their services currently include: Special Educational Needs School Special Educational Needs College Children’s Homes Children and Adults Short Breaks Centre Adult Services Therapeutic Health and Wellbeing Services Working with children and adults with a learning or physical disability can be a challenging but rewarding job whatever the role; it’s a job that requires enthusiasm, dedication, energy, and a sense of humor. We have a number of full-time support worker contracts with a regular shift patterns which are set in advance, working 37.5 hours a week covering early, late, long day and some weekends shifts. All support workers are based within a team and will be in one location, although on occasions staff may be asked to cover elsewhere.
