Overview
My client is trusted and establish main contractor specialising in new build, development and fit out. They are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to start on a project in W1, which is a redevelopment of an existing building for a high-end client. They will then be moved onto other projects following the completion of this project. The ideal candidate will be within commutable distance to the city and have the initiative and experience to be able to deal commercial matters including tender analysis, procurement and then helping run these packages throughout the project. The ideal candidate will have; Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent 3-5 years UK Experience – ideally within London Refurb and Fit out experience This is a permanent position with a competitive salary.
