Overview
We are seeking a passionate, experienced and enthusiastic Registered Home Manager. Our opportunity is with an award-winning Charity, that provides specialist care and support services to older people and adults with a learning disability. Due to an exciting period of transformation to ensure the Charity is fit for the future needs of its residents; The service is currently rated as Good by the CQC and provides specialist care for 90 older people, including those living with dementia and physical disabilities, in a comfortable and welcoming environment. We want you to help us manage the service effectively and ensure we provide high quality care and support that's in line with everyone's unique needs. In return, we will offer you: £60,000pa Support & Career Development Excellent Company Culture Flexible working Lifetime benefits Life assurance Pension Scheme What we need from you Proven previous experience as a Registered Home Manager within an older people setting Developed business and commercial skills applied in a care or commercial setting Strong decision-making skills with an inquisitive mind Strong budget management skills A good understanding of the relevant care legislation Outward facing, innovative, knowledgeable about the sector, brings new ideas and benchmarks against 'competitors' Driving licence and access to a car is essential Effectively lead a team of staff to enable the highest quality of care Strong staff supervision, managerial and communicational skills Good CQC knowledge Diploma Level 5 Leadership and Management (Desirable) Registered Nurse (RGN,RMN,RNLD) ( Desirable) If you would like to apply; Please contact Carlvin Kihura on or email at
