Overview
My client is an established financial services company authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. They are looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team of very experienced, highly skilled credit professionals from diverse backgrounds. They are totally committed to providing clients with sustained levels of exceptional service and performance in all aspects of their business but in particular Collections, Client Services, MIS Reporting and Compliance. Responsibilities:- Corresponding with customers by post and email Liaising with clients Dealing with client enquiries on the telephone Dealing with customers on the phone when required Additional duties will include assisting other department workloads where necessary, such as debt management company correspondence and ad-hoc duties. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ previous experience in an administration role and be able to deal with high volumes of work and strict deadlines. You will have very good numeracy and literacy skills and be highly organised. Full training will be provided.
