Position: Insurer Reconciliation Administrator Location: Retford, Nottinghamshire Job type: Full Time, Permanent Hours: 35 hours per week Salary: £Competitive Benefits: we provide a generous benefits package that includes Generous holidays, Refer a friend, Regular social events, Competitive pension. About the role: Here are the key elements to the role you will be carrying out: - Reconciliation of monthly Insurer statements. - Produce reconciled Insurer accounts and related Acturis remittance. - Complete Insurer online reconciliation. - Create tasks to Account Exec / Handlers to resolve statement queries. - Liaise with Insurers to resolve statement queries. - Ensure all premiums are settled to Insurers within the given timescales. - Reconcile payments received from Insurers. - Liaise with Credit Control / Treasury Team. - Manage and prioritise own Tasks. - Investigate premiums not raised by the Insurer.
