Overview
Trust and Foundations Officer, an opportunity for talented Trusts Fundraiser to join a well-known Animal Welfare Charity, based in Central London. The Trusts and Foundations team have a track record of successfully generating income and growing their team. To continue to fund projects, programmes and the charities resources they continue to develop and grow their funding support. Suppotrted by a great team and senior manager, the role offers you the opportunity to work on a wide range of appliactions, both restricted and unrestricted funding. As the Trust and Foundations Officer, you will join a welcoming and talented team, working with your colleagues and the Trust and Foundations Team Manager, to steward an existing portfolio of trusts as well as research, cultivate and apply to new supporters with an emphasis on fundraising from larger trusts and securing multi-year gifts. You will work on a very varied portfolio of funders due the range of project and programmes the charity run. Also, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of applications from mid-value to multi-year. You will be supported where required and enable to grow your skills. Our client is looking for a talented Trusts Fundraiser who has previous experience of researching, collating, preparing and submitting multiple funding applications to charitable Trusts and Foundations. With a track record of securing grants from charitable trusts and foundations. You will have excellent communications to develop and maintain key relationships with trusts and foundations and a thorough understanding of how charitable trusts and foundations operate.
