Overview

Investgio have exclusively partnered with a well-established retail business based in Watford to recruit for a Finance Analyst (with in the fixed asset & property team), on a full time 3-month contract. You will be responsible for maintain the accuracy of the fixed assets register & portfolio costs. This role will be paying up to £30,000 depending on experience. Please be aware, you will need to be on one weeks' notice or immediately available to be considered for this 3-month contract. Key duties; - -Performing all the required tasks involved around fixed assets and property month end -Reconciliations and journal postings for asset additions, disposals, depreciation, rent, rates -Maintaining fully reconciled balance sheets -Provide information and insight to stakeholders (internal & external) as and when required -Assist in the loading of data for IFRS 16 and updating the lease register -Other ad hoc reporting duties as required The ideal candidate; - -Part qualified ACCA/CIMA -Experience maintaining a fixed asset register -Strong Excel skills -Excellent attention to detail If you are interested in the position above, please apply now- or please send your CV direct to
