Enterprise Architect 3-5-month FTC
Overview
Enterprise Architect: The Dogs Trust is the UK's largest dog welfare charity and cares for over 15,000 dogs each year. To provide a stable commercial platform for this good work to continue an experienced Enterprise Architect is required on a fixed-term basis to take ownership of the current Salesforce solution. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing the architecture, design and build, with a view to driving process re-design and constructing a roadmap to deliver a Single Customer View across all business units whilst maintaining stability, security and usability of the current environment. Skills & Experience Previous proven experience of overseeing Enterprise CRM implementations, including testing and support, is essential Experience of working with migration of legacy technologies Hands-on experience in building integrations between CRM application and external systems Experience of working with Salesforce platform languages as well as advanced administration tools is desirable The ability to communicate across the business utilising strong stakeholder management skills TOGAF and the relevant Salesforce certifications are desirable Experience within an Agile Scrum delivery framework This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Enterprise CRM Architect to join an internationally renowned charity on a short-term contract basis.
