Overview
Management Accountant Location: Worsley, North Manchester Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 We are currently seeking a Management Accountant to join an SME based in Worsley. This company are a long standing client of ours and have a brand new position available in their team due to growth of the business. Working in a team of 5 and reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for: Producing the monthly management accounts Carry out balance sheet reconciliations and review those undertaken by the accounts assistants Liaising with external auditors for year end audits Accruals and prepayments Posting journals Managing the fixed asset register Completion and submission of the Group VAT returns To ensure processes and controls are adhered to and introduce efficiencies into the financial reporting process Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flow forecasts for the company Manage the company's cash and invoice finance facility Overseeing the transactional processes This role would suit someone AAT Qualified or CIMA/ACCA part qualified, with minimum 12 months experience in a similar role.
