Overview
A progressive and growing 6 Partner accountancy practice in North London is currently recruiting for a couple of roles due to acquiring new clients. They have a client portfolio coming from different industries and turnovers of up to £30 million. They provide career progression opportunities, depending on your ambition and drive. The role will be mainly consisting of accounts preparation and those skills are required. Together with career progression they provide full study support which includes paid courses, exams and time off for studying. If you are an experienced trainee seeking a next step or a Semi Senior Accountant who is looking for more growth and exposure in an expanding company, this is the right role for you. This role is mainly accounts preparation, however if you would like to get experience in assisting in audits, that would also be possible in this progressive role. About your role as a Semi Senior Accountant: Role split: 95% Accounts Preparation and potentially 5% Audit Statutory Accounts - average turnovers of £300k -£4/10 million Calculating Corporation Tax Direct contact with the clients Yearly Management Accounts including preparing Profit and Loss and Balance Sheets for the clients Benefits of the role as a Semi Senior Accountant: 22 days (rising by 1 day up to 25) of holiday plus bank holidays ACCA/ACA study support with paid exams and time off Career progression Pizza Day every month Requirements of the role as a Semi Senior Accountant: Minimum 2 year of accountancy practice experience You are driven and ambitious and have a desire for career progression Russian languages will be an advantage but not essential S emi Senior Accountant £26,000 - £30,000 per annum North London, London
