Business Analyst
Overview
The Role A Business Analyst is required to join and work as an integral part of a brand new Technology and Enterprise Architecture Team for an international business. The Business Analyst will be responsible for handling and translating operations requirements to product teams, data modelling & management and preparing reports and analysis based on a deep insight to the companies model. Responsibilities Implementing strategies for gathering, reviewing and analysing module performance Conduct analysis to inform decision making within product development Conduct analysis to inform decision making within product development Research, anticipate and explore new opportunities ensuring pragmatic and adaptable options as well as research future serviced routes/visas to facilitate expansion path Sharing and disseminating information to support the product team in developing additional features/ value added services Liaise between fulfilment/ operations and product teams to ensure effective and continued product development Pro-actively building relationships with diplomatic missions to ensure product evolves in line with changing requirements Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service The Candidate The successfully appointed Business Analyst will have the following skills and abilities: Start up / incubation experience Visa concierge / processing Experience in research and project development Knowledge of the visa concierge process Excellent liaison skills across interdisciplinary teams Knowledge of data gathering, schema design and databases Must demonstrate good judgement and pragmatic approach to delivering solutions to product teams that optimizes product function, within business constraints and technological realities Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Benefits Competitive pay and up to 32 days holiday Internal progression opportunities Eye care voucher Season ticket loan scheme Pension Contribution Awards scheme in place Events, team building activities
