A varied and busy reception role where duties include: Meeting and greeting corporate international visitors and high net worth clients Booking meeting rooms Booking chauffeurs, couriers and ordering flowers Processing invoices Manage the meeting rooms and arrange lunches Assist with travel arrangements Type of letters and distribute reports Manage post collection and distribution Assist with company social events. The successful candidate would have at least 3 years corporate reception experience and advantageous to be fluent Arabic with a professional and articulate manner.
