Overview
Float Legal PA Up to £35,000 Central London We have taken on a fantastic opportunity with our client, a London Law Firm based in lovely offices in Central London. Float Legal PA duties: Producing documents which are too confidential and sensitive to be produced by the team Diary management for fee earners Arranging internal and external meetings Attending meetings to take minutes as required Booking training and courses Organising and arranging travel bookings, including hotels/taxis/flights/insurances/IT equipment and producing/amending itineraries for all external appointments or trips Dealing with new client enquiries made by phone and email Checking voicemails and emails when fee earners are away from the office, ensuring urgent messages are redirected as appropriate Helping fee earners to manage their email inbox by responding to clients to acknowledge receipt of emails Assisting with file opening by carrying out conflict checks under supervision and as directed by the fee earner Producing draft engagement letters, terms of business, funding agreements Obtaining transcripts and documents from the Court Co-ordinating outgoing post Undertaking file closure Assisting fee earners with billing procedures including Assisting fee earners to manage client accounts as directed by the fee earner (including organising and returning client monies and ensuring zero balances at matter closing) Completing of disbursement forms and confirming that they are on the system Supporting fee earners in the chasing of debts as requested Organising, supporting and preparing for all marketing activities, such as events, seminars and Chambers submissions Updating the CRM database Working collaboratively with PAs and Administrative Assistants If you are interested in the above role, please call Chantelle on 0203 906 8800 or apply online via our website.
