An established, private and buzzy family office who’s wide ranging business interests and old school good sense of humours make it an incredible place to work, are looking for an office and facilities manager with the wow factor. Aside from looking for both Office and Facilities management experience, I am looking for someone who has managed shared office space who understands the differing needs of different teams. You will have a receptionist and a number of different buildings that you manage under this successful family offices umbrella. I am looking for someone who is bubbly, charismatic, polite, engaging, positive, proactive and a real roll up your sleeves attitude who loves being the go to person and has buckets of initiative.
