French speaking graduate operations coordinator required. This opportunity is designed to give you all the skills you need to kick start your career with administration support to the company, whilst working on our front desk working as part of a team of four. This role is so essential to the company, as you shall be the face of us for anyone visiting the office. Reporting directly into the CEO, your duties shall include: Operate the telephone system effectively and professionally Greeting candidates and client Making sure the front of house is maintained, ensuring a welcoming environment for our visitors Event planning and coordination Organise and chair regular meetings, preparing and presenting reports and statistics to the CEO General office coordination to include maintaining various databases and processing stock orders Reviewing, amending and creating new business systems and procedures Leading your own independent projects Sourcing CV's The CEO takes a personal hand in your growth here, and the aim is that you shall be in this position for 3-6 months, whilst giving you general office experience and office communications skills, so that after this period you shall have a strong grounding to begin a career in recruitment. After this it’s down to you This will suit a graduate with a 2:1 and strong communication skills as you'll be speaking and meeting with new people every day As mentioned previous office experience isn't necessary, but individuals who have evidence of getting involved in extracurricular activities would enhance your application.
