Code: 2-GerEA/MK German Speaking - Executive Assistant Salary: Up to £50K depending on experience Permanent Mayfair Our client, an established and successful boutique finance firm, is seeking a highly efficient, experienced and resilient German speaking Assistant to join their collaborative and professional offices and to support at senior Partner level. The ideal candidate for this EA role must have previous experience supporting within the finance sector and at senior levels. The volume of work is high and the pace fast and therefore the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure is going to be essential. Supporting at Partner level and some members of the team, this EA role will involve complete diary and inbox management (this includes drafting and responding to emails in German as well as English). The Partner travels often and therefore organising ever changing travel schedules, including private jets will be required. Additionally the role will include some private support that ranges from booking personal holidays and flights to dealing with household matters that may arise. In addition to an experienced EA background and organisational skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed. A highly responsive and flexible approach is also needed as the successful candidate will also be contacted outside of office hours for any matters that may arise.
