NFP Partnership Manager
Overview
A rare and exciting position has arisen in a world-renowned multinational investment bank and financial services company. You will have 2-4 years' experience within events management, operations, volunteer management or client services. The Corporate Engagement Manager will work within a philanthropic signature volunteer program, established in 1997, which enables staff members to volunteer at over 200 Not for Profit projects worldwide that make a difference to communities as providing team building opportunities. This is an incredible opportunity for the right person to join the team in a hands on, practical and varied role. You will manage the global program in the EMEA region, having oversight of 200 projects, while making sure volunteers have a positive experience as well as ensuring partnerships with local communities are strengthened. As a corporate engagement manager, your role will include: Develop new partnerships as needed and set up new projects Delivering related presentations to internal stakeholders including training as needed Manage all logistical, analytical, administrative tasks Assist with end of season data collection, analysis and program evaluation Project planning Communicate with various internal departments to coordinate on-going logistical planning including events, marketing campaigns, marketing material distribution as well as drafting communications & training materials You will be: Skilled at managing multiple projects and people Professional with attention to detail Flexible, with great time management allowing for competing priorities A critical thinker with good judgment, problem solving ability and common sense A great communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel and Word for presentations and data analysis A true team player Able to take on new tasks and responsibilities as they arise With this role, you will need to have ability to work early morning, some evening and weekends depending on particular projects requirements. This will be for 9 months.
